When you submit an inquiry form we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, company or venue, and message — along with basic attribution data (for example, referral source or campaign parameters) to help us understand where inquiries originate.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about OREL. We do not sell your personal information.
Smart Pickup and computer vision
OREL Smart Pickup is designed to detect pickup-position occupancy using computer vision. It is designed not to use facial recognition and not to identify individuals. Any live deployment would be accompanied by its own venue-specific privacy notice.
Data retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as necessary to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
